Our History
In the late 1960’s after working in the construction industry for several years, Miles “Atlas” Foglesong along with his father James McGregor went to work for themselves and began installing commercial roofs in Paducah, KY. Miles operated the business until 1984 when his son Mark Foglesong took over the family business and officially formed Atlas Roofing Company. Atlas Roofing Company operated until 1991 when the company was restructured and incorporated as Atlas Roofing Contractors, Inc. Since its inception, Atlas Roofing has transitioned from installing hot tar roofs to installing rolled rubber roofs.
Our work
Our primary specialty is commercial roofing. We install a variety of rubber roofing systems which include primarily EPDM, TPO, and PVC. We use Polyisocyanurate Insulation boards which are available in a variety of thickness to help achieve the desired R-value for your structure. We can also fabricate various metal components to complete your project including, but not limited to, scuppers, copings, drip edge, fascia covering, etc. We are licensed applicators for Johns Manville, Carlisle, DuroLast, Berridge, Genflex, Versico, and Certainteed products.
